Websites, custom software and automation
Software that quietly removes work, for businesses in and around Miami. Pick the one that sounds familiar.

Websites
Your website should be your best employee
Before somebody calls you, they have already made up most of their mind. Your website is usually where that happens. It should load quickly, explain what you do in seconds, and make it easy to call or book without hunting around.
The detail+
We design and build the site: pages that read well on a phone, load quickly, and put the phone number, the booking button and the address where a thumb can reach them. If people search for what you do near where you are, we want you turning up.
You can change your own words, prices and photos afterwards without ringing us and without breaking anything.

Online booking & orders
Customers book when it suits them
Your team arrives in the morning already knowing what is coming. The bookings, orders and quotes that come in by phone now are taken online instead, against the calendar they already use.
The detail+
The system already knows who is working, how long the job takes, and which van, chair or table is free. Customers only see the times you can offer. It lands in the calendar your team already uses, so nobody copies it over by hand.
Deposits, card payments and reminders can sit in the same step if you want them to.

Custom software
Stop answering questions your software could answer
Customers check their bookings, invoices and documents themselves, so your team spends less time sending links and attachments.
The detail+
Internal tools, customer portals and web applications built around the way your business already works, rather than the other way around. Sometimes that is one screen for your team, sometimes a portal for the people you serve, and often both, talking to each other.
Logins, permissions and who can see what, done properly. If you sell to other businesses, each of them can have their own people and their own view.
The best automation is the one nobody notices.

Automation
If someone has to remember to do it, we automate it
The jobs that keep somebody in the office after six are usually typing, sending and chasing. Those are the ones we automate first.
The detail+
First we write down what happens now, step by step, including the steps that only exist because the software cannot hold something. Some of those steps can go.
Most of it is business automation of the dull kind: data entry, moving information between systems, approvals, reminders, follow-up and paperwork. We use the simplest thing that does the job reliably, and nothing more.
Confirmations, invoices, reminders and chasing all go out in your words, without anybody having to remember.
If you are typing it twice, something is broken.

Integrations
Your software should agree with itself
Your calendar, accounting software, website, payments and CRM all stay in sync, so nobody has to wonder which one is right.
The detail+
Usually that is an API between your CRM, your accounting software, your payment provider and your booking platform. Where a system has no API to offer, a file or a form does the same job.
Connecting them is the easy half. The harder half is deciding which system is right when two of them disagree, and making sure a person hears about a break that morning rather than at the end of the month.
People should not need training to do everyday work.

Dashboards
Know what's happening today
What came in, what is booked, what is owed and who is coming back, on one screen, without exporting anything into a spreadsheet.
The detail+
Arguments about the figures are usually arguments about what a word means.
We agree what counts as a job, a customer and a sale, write it down, then build the screen on top of that.
The definition sits next to the figure, so nobody has to ask which version is right.
Software should fit the business, not the other way around.

Consulting & advice
Sometimes the right answer is not new software
You can hire us for the advice on its own. We go through what you already own and what keeps going wrong, and you get a written recommendation at the end of it. Sometimes the recommendation is to spend nothing.
The detail+
We look at what you already pay for, how the work really gets done, and where the time goes. Then we tell you what we would do, in what order, and what each part is worth.
You keep the write-up either way, and you can take it to anybody, including whoever you decide to build it with. Nothing in it commits you to us.
Not sure where to start?
That is normal. Most people do not come to us asking for automation or custom software. They come because something keeps taking longer than it should, or the same mistake keeps happening. Tell us what is going wrong and we will help you work out the rest.
A chat
You describe what keeps going wrong. We say what we think it is.
A written plan
Priced up front, and yours to keep whatever you decide to do next.
